Master's Program
This page summarizes the steps for completing Stage 1 of the application process. The Application Information page contains more detailed information on the stages of applying to the Math TLC. After preparing materials, you may also want to consult the Application Submission Guidelines.
Important Dates
Applications to the third cohort of the Master's program are due:
TBA - Fall 2010
Notification of participants accepted into Cohort 3 will begin TBA - December 2010
Accepted participants must apply to their graduate schools by
TBA - December 2010
Classes for Cohort 3 begin Summer 2011
Initial Master's Application Checklist
Before you send your application, please make sure you've completed the following:
- Read about the Master's Program and the Application Process.
- Complete the Master's Application Form.
- Obtain Three Recommendation Letters.
- school administrator/principal

- your choice
- Get Unofficial Transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate universities attended. Highlight math and math ed courses.
- Type Three Essays based on the prompts in the Application Form.
- Save all electronic documents using the requested filename formats.
- Submit application to Math TLC by email (mathtlc@unco.edu) or by U.S. Mail to:
